According to the World Health Organization, cardiovascular diseases represent the main cause of death and morbidity on a global scale, including Portugal. But did you know that about 80% of these diseases can be prevented based on prevention? In May, month of the heart, we alert you to the problem of cardiovascular diseases and the importance of preventing their appearance through healthier lifestyle habits.
