This Roadmap for Transatlantic Ocean Literacy is conducted within work package 8 of the Atlantic
Ocean Research Alliance (AORA) between Canada, the European Union and the United States of America.

The content of this roadmap is a result of the virtual and face to face meetings of the Ocean Literacy Working Group during the project.
This document is a Roadmap for the Transatlantic Ocean Literacy community to steer the Galway Cooperation in the global context of
ocean literacy. With the sunset of AORA Coordination and Support Action, the cooperation will proceed by networking and aligning efforts
with the ocean literacy expert platform of the AANChOR Coordination and Support Action, that includes common members
with the AORA Ocean Literacy Working Group (AORA OLWG) for better coordination. The fulfilment of these objectives depends
on the transatlantic networks created and reinforced by the Galway projects and the will of the AORA OLWG members to promote
and align the activities of their institutions, according to the opportunities and needs identified during the project lifetime.
